Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions below.
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused
- in its original packaging
- in the same condition as received
- complete with all parts, fittings, accessories and instructions
- suitable for resale, unless the item is faulty or damaged
We may not be able to accept returns for items that have been assembled, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without the original packaging.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order carefully when it arrives.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- your order number
- your full name
- clear photos or videos of the issue
- photos of the packaging, where relevant
Once we have reviewed the issue, we will arrange a suitable solution. This may include a replacement part, exchange, repair, collection, or refund, depending on the situation.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Living Style Furniture Ltd will cover the reasonable return or collection cost.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return conditions.
For change of mind returns:
- the customer is responsible for the return delivery cost
- the item must be unused and in original packaging
- the item must not have been assembled or damaged
- the original delivery charge may not be refundable where delivery has already been completed
Large furniture items must be returned using a suitable courier to prevent damage during transit.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot usually accept returns for:
- custom-made or personalised items
- items made to your specific size, colour, fabric or design choice
- items that have been assembled or used
- mattresses, bedding or hygiene-sensitive products once opened, unless faulty
- items damaged due to misuse, incorrect assembly, or lack of care
- items returned incomplete or without original packaging
This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges where possible.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour or model, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the item meeting our return conditions.
The customer may be responsible for any collection, redelivery, or price difference unless the exchange is due to a fault, damage, or incorrect item supplied by us.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 working days after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
Return Delivery Costs
For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the reasonable return or collection cost where the issue is confirmed.
For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return delivery.
Please ensure returned items are properly packaged. We may refuse a refund or make a deduction if the item is returned damaged, incomplete, used, or not in suitable resale condition.
